HOWARD'S CAMPAIGN CALENDAR
March 30 – Howard will attend a celebration for the passage of the Health Care Initiative by the United
States Congress on March 21, and the signing of it into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010. The
celebration will be hosted by Organizing for America (OFA) and will start at 4:30PM. The celebration will
be held in South Morro Hills at 1535 Wilshire Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028. For more information about this

March 31 – Howard and a group of volunteers will do voter registration at the Fallbrook Spanish Seventh
Day Adventist Church. Voter registration will begin at about 5:30PM. The church is located at 439 Iowa
Street, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
April 1 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Fallbrook Democratic Club. The
meeting will start at 7PM and will be held at the Public Utilities District Building, located at 909 E. Mission
Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
April 5 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Democratic Club of Southwest
Riverside County. The meeting will start at 7PM and will be held at Casa Jimenez Mexican Restaurant,
located at 40535 California Oaks Road, Murrieta, CA 92592.
April 8 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Menifee/Perris Valley Democratic
Club. The meeting will start at 7PM and will be held at the Menifee Community Center, located at 30627
Menifee Road, Menifee, CA 92584.
April 10 – Howard will address the Latino congregation at the Oceanside 1st Missionary Baptist Church. His
address will begin at about 10AM. The church is located at 1524 Lemon Street, Oceanside, CA 92058.
April 11 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Progressive Democrats of North San
Diego County. The meeting will start at 1:30PM and will be held at the Palomar Unitarian Universalist
Fellowship, located at 1600 Buena Vista Drive, Vista, CA 92081.
April 12 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Riverside County Democratic Central
Committee. The meeting will start at 6:30PM an will be held at Brandon’s Diner, located at 24626
Sunnymead Boulevard, Moreno Valley, CA 92553.
April 16-18 – Howard will attend the California Democratic Party Convention. The convention will be
throughout all three days starting in the morning and going through the evening. The convention will be held
at the Los Angeles Convention Center, located in Los Angeles, CA.
April 19 – Howard will attend a candidate’s meeting and the Democratic Club of Southwest Riverside County
board meeting. The candidate’s meeting will start at 5:30PM and the board meeting will start at 6:30PM.
Both meetings will be held at Casa Jimenez Mexican Restaurant, located at 40535 California Oaks Road,
Murrieta, CA 92562.
April 20 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the San Diego County Democratic Central
Committee. The meeting will start at 7PM and will be held at the UFCW Hall in Mission Valley, located at
2001 Camino del Rio South, San Diego, CA 92108.
April 24 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Democratic Club of Carlsbad
Oceanside. The meeting will start at 10AM and will be held at the Carlsbad Women’s Club, located at 3320
Monroe Street, Carlsbad, CA 92007.
April 26 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Rancho Bernardo Democratic Club.

May 3 – Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Democratic Club of Southwest
Riverside County. The meeting will start at 7PM and will be held at Casa Jimenez Mexican Restaurant,

May 6 - Howard will attend the general membership meeting of the Fallbrook Democratic Club. The meeting
will start at 7PM and will be held at the Fallbrook Public Utilities District building, located at 990 E. Mission
Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028.
May 8AM – Howard will take part in a candidate forum at the Escondido Democratic Club after their general
membership meeting. The general membership meeting will start at 10:30AM and the candidate forum will
begin about 11:15AM. The meeting and forum will be held at the Escondido Public Library in the Turrentine
Room (upstairs), located at 239 S. Kalmia Street, Escondido, CA 92025.
May 8PM – Howard will attend and take part in the Lake Elsinore Democratic Club's Spring BBQ and
Candidate Rally. The event will be from 1PM through 5PM and will be at a private residence. This is a fund
raiser to support the club’s 2010 activities. A contribution of $25 per person is requested. Reservations may
be made at the Lake Elsinore Democratic Club's website, www.lakeelsinoredemocrats.org, or you can send
your check to the address on the flyer. Make checks payable to Lake Elsinore Democratic Club. Once you
